Dr. Michael Iczkovitz

Dr. Michael L. Iczkovitz

Dr. Iczkovitz obtained his undergraduate and dental school education at the University of Michigan.  He did a general practice residency at the Michael Reese Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, and his Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Pennsylvania.  Dr. Iczkovitz is a diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and has been active in local and state dental organizations.  He was a lecturer for the American Dental Association and a lecturer and instructor for Nobel Biocare.  He is a member of numerous professional organizations, and even has a publication in Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology, and Endodontology.
Dr. Robert L. Reifeis

Dr. Robert L. Reifeis

Dr. Reifeis graduated from Purdue University School of Pharmacy and also Indiana University School of Dentistry.  He completed a General Practice residency at Johns Hopkins University. He also finished a one year rotation in Anesthesiology followed by his Oral and Maxillofacial residency at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.  He is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and numerous other professional associations.
Dr. Robert E. Braun
Dr. Robert E. Braun

Dr. Braun obtained an undergraduate degree in biology from Niagara University.  He graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine and did a general practice residency at Rochester, New York’s General Hospital.  Bob’s Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency was at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Bob also did a fellowship in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck surgery at Buffalo General Hospital.  Before joining Midwest Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Bob was a professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the State University of New York Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.  Bob has numerous publications in professional journals and was actively involved in research during his academic career.
